We have a big couple days coming. Tomorrow she'll get the ultrasound of her heart, and on Tues. we'll meet with both surgeons. We have no idea what's coming. We're already on borrowed time on the ECMO as she'll have been on life support 6 weeks tomorrow. Also, they are a little concerned today that she may have an infection. Thank you so much for praying. If you could continue to pray for us in the next few days we would appreciate it. We'll keep you posted. Much love, the Joneses

Hi Aaron & Heather,
We have been praying for all three of you since the beginning. Jessica passed your blog on to us and we have passed it on to our friends & family who have passed it on to their friends & family. It is what we call the riple effect at our church. You never know where this will end.
I am so Blessed everytime I read your blog. It really helps us to know what to pray for specifically and how we can help you the most. Thank you for keeping all of us udpdated so frequently. I pray that God will give you total peace in the days ahead and you will hear his voice clearly.
Love & God's Blessings

We continue to be amazed by your faith, dear friends! We have been praying all week... especially for supernatural wisdom and strength for both of you. Please know that we will be interceding throughout the day tomorrow... as we have been these past couple of weeks... that the Lord would allow Payton to come off the ECMO and sustain her apart from it. We will be praying that you would not have to make any such decisions that you have mentioned... and that His presence would be incredibly real to you over the next few days. We love you, friends.
Hi Heather and Aaron,
John and I will be praying that these next few days will bring peace and clarity for the three of you. We love you so much!

We continue to pray for you. Thank you for keeping us updated. I thought of you also during the Vikings/Bears game today, Heather. It was not on TV here, but hope you were able to see it there in Rochester. It was close, but as you know your team pulled it off. We will continue to pray for healing for your precious Payton. We also pray that she does not have an infection.
Love,
Cecil, Debbie, and Nathan
We continue to pray for strength and wisdom for you both. Our love and hugs are being sent to all of you. Your faith and trust in the Lord are a continued blessing to so many. We are trusting with you that the Lord continues to control this situation and will continue to give you peace and wrap His loving arms around you all and pull you close these next couple days.
Love and prayers always,
Aunt Glee and Uncle Jerry.
Hi Aaron & Heather,
I have just recently begun to follow your family. I learned of you through Denny & Sara(we attend their church). I just wanted to let you know that I have been praying for you all continually. Our 5 yr old daughter Grace also has CHARGE syndrome. Reading your entries brings back many memories. Some of her characteristics are the same, but some are different. Grace will be 6 in December, and even though the road has been very rough at times, God has been faithful as He is now for you. I will be praying for patience, strength, and peace as I know the days can be long and exhausting. I have learned far more medical terminolgy than I ever cared to, but I have grown stronger in my faith as a result. If you ever need a sounding board, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Love in Christ,
Dawn Sprecher
Aaron and Heather,
As always our thoughts and prayers are with you. May "The peace that passes all understanding guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus". Our church continues to pray for both of you and Payton. We pray for your protection and that God will guide you by his wisdom. We pray that Payton would remain strong and healthy. We have all experienced a miracle with Payton's life as it has touched so many already. We have not given up and continue to ask God for another miracle of a heart. God bless you both and know that you have God's arms around you as well as thousands of others through prayer.
Love,
Dan and Marilyn
Dear Heather, Aaron & Payton,
We have been overwhelmed by your faith throughout these past weeks and months. We are praying for you and your precious baby girl every day, throughout our days. You are in the prayers of many here in Bloomington-Normal. We continue to pray for baby Payton and ask the Lord to sustain her little body and heart off of the ECMO. We're joining many in praying for a miracle for your beautiful baby.
our love,
Patrick and Christina Vance
I was on my way to work last week praying for you guys when "Praise you in this Storm" came on. The words just brought me to tears as I thought of you three and how even in the toughest of times you are still trusting in God.
Here is part of the song:
Artist: Casting Crowns
Track: Praise You In This Storm
----------------------------------
I was sure by now God you would have reached down
and wiped our tears away,
stepped in and saved the day.
But once again, I say amen
that it's still raining
as the thunder rolls
I barely hear your whisper through the rain,
I'm with you
and as your mercy falls
I raise my hands and praise
the God who gives and takes away.
Chorus:
And i'll praise you in this storm
and i will lift my hands
that you are who you are
no matter where I am
and every tear I've cried
you hold in your hand
you never left my side
and though my heart is torn
I will praise you in this storm
We love you guys and will keep praying for little Payton.
Teara and Jason
Our prayers continue to cover the 3 of you. We love you!
