It feels so good to be home after 2+ weeks away. We got home later in the evening last night. Today we unpacked, got groceries, and put up the Christmas tree. I have much to post, especially pictures, but am way too tired to do that tonight. I had very little internet access while I was gone so posting here and emailing have piled up! I'll try to get on the ball here and get some stuff up soon. Above is a little "teaser" picture until I get more up. Liv knows who Pooh is and can say it as well. LOTS of words in the last few weeks... So much to post, but I'm rambling and have got to get to bed. So with the promise of more soon - much love, the Joneses.

Travel Adventures
We got home today from a women's conference that occured over this weekend. Aaron left last Wed. for a training time then to the men's conference. I decided to be adventurous and took Liv to the women's conference. One of my dear friends and I got a suite and stayed there together with our babies. She has a 3 month old boy who Liv just adored. She kept watching him and would gingerly touch him and say, "Bee, Bee" when she woke up and everytime she saw him. She was enthralled. It was really cute. So the weekend was fun to catch up with friends but a little tiring cause Liv and I didn't sleep the best and both got colds.
However, the travel adventures don't end there. Aaron is taking Liv and I back to Minneapolis in the morning to fly down to Florida to meet my parents there. Aaron will stay here, and Liv and I will soak up a little warmth. My parents are SUPER excited to take their granddaughter to Disney World - something they've been wanting to do since I was pregnant with Payton. So now, finally, we're coming with them. I will be excited when the flight with a 17 month old by myself is over :). I've packed a back-pack with new little toys and lots of snacks and am hoping it'll be enough. And I'm praying as well :).
Then next Sunday we'll fly back with may parents to their home, meet Aaron, and just stay with them. So we won't be back home until after Thanksgiving! So I'll hopefully be able to post our FL adventures when we get back to my parents. I'm sure there'll be tales to tell :). Have a great week, and we'll be talking to you soon!

November so far...
I took this picture before we left for church a week ago. She's just looking more and more like a little girl!
She likes to sit in this little spot of our entertainment center. Sometimes she'll pull a toy or two in with her. It's hard to get a picture cause (a) the camera is upstairs and (b) once she sees the camera, she'll move...
I was cooking the other night, and Liv decided to help me clean the cupboards. She's loving the microwave popcorn box lately.
I have the spice cabinet/lazy susan rigged to keep it locked. I had forgotten to lock it back up and found her joyously exploring this previously forbidden space.
Hangin' out for a little bit with dad. She won't lay for too long like this, but she will squint up her face whenever she sees the camera.
Ah, just loungin'.
She sits like this a lot, with her feet crossed and blankie/finger in place.
I won't lie, I was laughing quite hard as we put her winter coat and hat on for the first time before church this morning. She was all coat and not much baby. I'm not sure she needs a car seat now with all the padding :).
So there's a few snapshots. I'm not sure how or why, but the last few weeks have just been crazy! I can't get caught up on anything! So, I just keep plugging away. My poor email accounts - quite neglected and quite disorganized. I'll get there eventually :).
Our Little "Hunny Pot"
My parents, Londa, Aaron, and I tood Livie to a few houses on our street to trick-or-treat. When we had our garage sale, another woman brought this costume which is perfect. She seemed to just take it all in.
She liked to pick a piece of candy and hold it until the next house where I'd put that piece in her bucket and let her pick a new piece to hold until the next house :).
Liv and Londa - treat in hand and ready to go!

It's November 7th...
...And it was snowing today! Just had to post this with the contrast from Monday. From 70's to the 30's in one week. Welcome to Wisconsin.
Liv keeps adding words to her vocab. She was sitting in the glider today and saying, "ock" for rock as I rocked her back and forth. She can point to where her eyes, nose, ears, mouth, and toes are (and loves to squeeze my nose and put her finger in my eye and ear). She loves to flip switches (what little one doesn't) and had her first exploration into the spice cabinet/lazy susan today as I usually keep it locked and slipped up and found her + spices sprawled out on the floor. This girl misses nothing. And as I've said, I have MANY pictures to upload and want to post a few... just haven't gotten to that yet. Hopefully this weekend. So have a great weekend and hopefully I'll be back with pictures soon! :)

It's November 3rd...
...and it was 70+ degrees outside, and I was wearing short sleeves!!! It was great! Liv and I took a good walk today and just enjoyed the warmth.
Liv also said 'pear' and 'cheese' today - sounded like 'pay-ow' and 'cheet' or 'cheech' (she loves cheese). And she shared her Cheerios and sippy cup with her Pooh Bear toy. It was pretty cute.
We had a great weekend both enjoying the mild weather and spending time with Grandma's and Grandpa's - all of whom came to visit at various times. Liv loves all the attention :). I have lots of pictures to post including her Halloween costume. She looked adorable. So I'll try to get those uploaded and posted soon.
And finally - GO VOTE!!! :) (unless you voted early like us - then just tell other people to go :).
