Well, we've had a couple good days. The doctor came in today and said her lungs are sounding really good, and she looks great - in his words, "If she stays like this it makes the possibilities possible." So each day is just spending time with her and enjoying these 'boring' days and hoping for more as we wait. We're now on book 5 of 8 in the Little House books. Reading for a few hours a day, it doesn't take long to get through them. Thanks for praying for her not to get an infection. We continue to be grateful she hasn't gotten one and continue to pray for protection from one. One thing I've been grateful for is that Aaron and I haven't gotten sick. It would be so hard to not be able to see her, and so I'm grateful for the Lord's provision in that as well.
We've had a lot of people ask if we need anything. So I feel it would be good to let you know that the Lord is abundantly providing for us in many ways. Our freezer, fridge, and pantry space at the house is full. And with Crusade, we have great insurance. Probably one of the most tangible ways that we're experiencing the Lord right now is just in His generous provision - a reminder that He knows our needs, has gone beyond in meeting them, and continues to take care of us. Thanks for your perseverance in praying for us and with us for our sweet baby.

I'm glad you had an encouraging afternoon! I miss you guys and I'm glad I got to spend a few days with you. Give Punkin' a kiss for me and enjoy the other chocolate volcano (I'm craving it right now)!
Love you,
Sara
The Lord is good! It's great to hear such good news, and even to hear about your "boring" days with Payton! We continue to lift you all up in prayer. We love you!

Heather and Aaron,
We are so thankful that little Payton's lungs are doing great and that she has experienced no infections. We and our church pray for you continuously. We have faithful prayer partners and we all have been blessed by Payton and you. We pray for not only Payton's health but yours as well. God bless all of you and know that you are continually on our minds in our spirts as we pray without ceasing for you. Love, Dan and Marilyn
Love you guys. We're still praying with you, too...

I'm so glad to know that you are still trusting in the Lord through everything. You are a totally inspiration to me, cause goodness knows I wouldn't have the strength you do. Glad to hear you're having a "boring" day. Can't wait to see the family soon.
Love,
Victoria
Thank you everyone for your prayers. Please keep praying! As you can tell by the blogs, Aaron and Heather are a consistent witness of their faith in God. They never waiver even in these extremely difficult times. They wait patiently, pray continually and spend time with their precious baby. Me - I'm more along the lines of "man the torpedoes, grandma's comin' through".
Thank you, Sara for your gift of love in spending time with Heather.

Great news! We love to hear that you have had good quality time together. We are blessed to know Payton is still being a trooper. I'm sure she loves to hear your voice as you read, Little House on the Prarie. We will continue to pray for strength, health, and more boring days!
Love you,
Jess
Hi Heather, it's Aunt Beth and Laura sending you our greetings and love. Got your address yesterday from Grandma H. Your website is awesome! It is so encouraging to read your messages on Payton and to know how much love and strength you draw from each other and from those around you. Stay strong. Our prayers and thoughts are with you.
When we received the news about Payton while we were in the Ukraine, the Team immediately stopped and joined hands in prayer. Last night, some of the Ukraine Team were together and were asking about Payton's progress. Please know that we continue to stand with you in prayer.
Thank you for your updates, we check them several times a day.
Love to you,
Keith & Darla
Heather and Aaron,
Although I don't know you personally I have kept informed via Shanda Cutler (my sister) about your beautiful baby Payton. I just viewed her photo show and she is truely a beautiful baby. Babies are the sweetest thing and the closest I believe the closest thing to heaven on earth. You have been and will remain in our thoughts and prayers. Your faith will continue to provide the strength needed for all of your days - the "boring" and not so boring alike. God bless your family!
Thank you everyone for your prayers. It's so encouraging to know that people from around the world are holding Payton up in prayer. She had lots of visitors today. We're just so grateful for the opportunity to spend time with her, hold her hand and read to her. It's good to see Aaron and Heather also - thank you for praying for them. They are doing well.
Ila
