I just listened to an amazing sermon online (title listed above). I think he has great things to say about why bad things happen in it as well. When we were at our seminary classes last summer, they recommended this pastor, Tim Keller, who's church is in NYC. Aaron and I just love his teaching - it just connects to your heart, and I love Jesus more every time I listen to him. Look for the title (The Furious Love of Jesus) and just download it onto your itunes and it'll play there. Also, on the left is a link for more "free sermons". There's some great topics to choose from. Sara, there's a great one in the "parenting" topics about the benefits of raising your children in the city - it was really interesting! I think you'll like it.
