1. I turned 30!
2. We went to court to finalize our adoption of Liv! Yay! What a great birthday present! All day I've been singing "I'm Proud to be an American" to Liv :). And our team ended up eating at McDonald's for lunch; so she had a little our my cheeseburger and some ice cream - doesn't get more American than that!

Here we are with our neighbors, Barb and Tom. They've become dear friends and are like grandparents to Liv. They wanted to come, and it was so nice to have them there. They took us out for dinner afterward, and we had a nice dinner together. Barb also made the beautiful quilt for Liv that I posted about in May.
