Hi all - well some of you knew we were headed to Mayo today just to get a check-up for Liv's heart. That went really well. The good news is that she just has an ASD (atrial septal defect) which is just a hole in between the atriums in her heart. We weren't sure if there was another issue or not, but there isn't! The doctor called the hole "moderate sized." So if it stays the same size or gets smaller, they won't need to do anything. If it get's bigger, then we'll need to get it fixed, but that's still 2 years away before we'll know that. So for now, we just love her, she can just be a normal baby, and we will get an x-ray and check-up in a year. So we were pretty pleased with that news. We felt pretty confident with the info we had gotten from Korea, but I'm still relieved to know there wasn't anything else "unexpected."
She did great today though. She couldn't eat any breakfast or have any bottle because they sedated her for the echocardiogram she had first thing. So she fussed in the car because of that - poor thing - I want breakfast and no one's doing anything about it! Well, just like her big sister, it took the full dose of sedative to get her to sleep :). They gave it to her orally, and she just fought for awhile before they gave her the rest of the dose. Then she woke up pretty drugged up. Poor thing, she was just out of it. So she slept a lot this afternoon off and on. We also had a chest x-ray, saw the cardiologist, and visited a friend before we drove home. So she did great, and we were just so grateful with how the day went.
I have pictures I'll post soon here. We love you! - the Joneses.

That is such great news about Liv - knowing that she is so healthy and is free to be a happy-go-lucky kid. That must have been a relief for you all!
God is so good and Liv will certainly learn that quickly as she travels with you on college events telling people about Christ.
Thank you for continuing to let us know how you all are.
Godspeed Norah
