Happy Friday :)

Aaron has tried multiple times last night and tonight to upload a great video we took yesterday, but it just will not go! We're not sure why. So we'll try to get some more pictures and video up soon. We've had a couple good nights of Liv only waking up once in the night. That has been good. I got some sleep last night which has been very helpful :).

Liv continues to do well. She's eating and playing and even stands for a few seconds on her own. She's just such a little peanut to see her move around. She like Wheel of Fortune :). We've watched that a few nights with her. I think it's the noise and color and lights that keep her attention. It's almost scary how a little one can stay tuned into the TV; so we're trying to keep that to very little time. But it's still funny to see her love a game show :). I haven't even tried the Price is Right - she'd be hooked on that for sure :).

I didn't know we had any, but apparently yesterday I pulled her crabby pants out of the closet cause she was grouchy :). My mom thinks she's teething, and I think she's right. I don't feel any teeth on top yet, but I'm sure they're on their way.

Sorry we haven't been very social. We're trying to keep new people introduced to her to a minimum. She's adjusting well, but I think people can be a lot for her. It's hard to not just show her off to everyone we know :). But as much as possible I don't want to overwhelm her. It's hard for me to believe it's only been a week and a half that we've been home. So we want to give her time. Again, thanks for sharing in our joy - we continue to enjoy having our little girl home. We'll continue to keep you updated. We love you!

Hi, all!

Just wanted to say Hi, and that I appreciate you keeping us all updated. I'm SO looking forward to meeting Liv - you have no idea! I'm already jealous of the Next Wavers who got to meet her - then most of whom forgot to tell their wives. :-) Good times! Anyway, Brian and I continue to pray daily for you all. Just know you are loved.

Love,
Karen

I'm so glad she's doing well! I'm guessing the fussiness is teething, too, but that's my theory for pretty much all fussiness (except now I know it can be other things, like acid reflux :-)). Caleb LOVED chewing on an ice cube in a sock when he was getting the top an bottom front teeth.

Love you guys and can't wait to meet her!

Glad you're making progress on sleeping thru the night!
We'll have to get you a copy of Baby Praise. It has been Hunter's favorite since he was about 5 months, he still loves it! He does like the Wheel too : ) But I always feel less bad when he's watching Baby Praise instead.
Love you!!
