Those of you who followed our journey a year ago with Payton remember us mentioning the friends we met, Mat and Elizabeth, who were at Mayo for their son Ben who was born with half a heart and they adopted from Korea. They were part of the reason we started to pray about adoption. Anyway, this summer and fall, Ben was having problems, and at this point, there's nothing medically they can do to fix those problems. So Ben is now on hospice. So if you could just pray for Ben and for Mat and Elizabeth. Along with the stress and sadness of having a sick child, there's other very stressful things in their life at the moment as well. If you could just pray for them, we'd really appreciate it. My heart is so heavy for Elizabeth, but I know how the Lord sustained us and how he can sustain them as well.
