I am writing this post at about 9:30pm on October 2nd. But in Korean time, it's the 3rd and our little man's first birthday. He's starting the day as a one year old. It's so hard to believe that I have a son, and I've missed his first year of life. I'm excited to have him, SO excited to meet him someday, but so sad I missed all those baby moments. Adoption is so different and so much harder in some ways but way more miraculous in others. I pray for him often, pray like the dickens we can bring him home sooner than later. According to our agency, the timeline is still next summer to go get him. We are waiting for a visa from Korea. Obviously if we get any new news I'll pass it on.
